I can't login, or I forgot my username or password.
If you can't login, check to make sure that your "caps lock" key is off. Your username and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE. If you still cannot login, you can request to
reset your password or
contact us.
ALSO, When using LoopDesk, if you exit out of the site without actually logging out (click LOGOUT at top of page), your session will be cached. This may show you as still being logged in when you return. Please clear your browser history and clear your cookies. This will clear your last session and allow you to login.
How can I delete my account?
If you are absolutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so
here. Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable! Membership Fees are non-refundable.
Can I sign up more than one business?
Yes. You can create a LoopDesk profile for each business/organization that you feel would benefit from being on our site. Each profile will need to be created with a unique email address to allow separate log in access.
Member Profile
What name do I use for my member profile?
Your LoopDesk Profile should be created using your Legal Business Name. If you work under a Parent Organization you should enter it like this "your name/Parent Company". This will ensure that other members can find you. If you are in fact the owner of the parent company, just use your legal business name. If you work under an assumed name such as your actual name, then just use your name in your member profile.

How do I link to my profile?
Your public profile link is the same as your profile page link when you are on your LoopDesk profile page. To link to your profile, copy the profile link when you are signed in and paste in the location you are looking to share it. You can also get LoopDesk icons on our
Share LoopDesk page.
When a visitor is not signed into LoopDesk they will see information about your business profile but will not be allowed to view the entire profile until they are a member.
How do I become a Featured Member?
The main thing we look for in a featured member is a complete profile, so it is important that all of your business information is listed.You must have a logo. We display our featured members in our newsletter and on our home page and it is important for brand recognition. Be active on LoopDesk...update your profile, connect with others and send invites!
How do I send mass invites?
Our invite feature allows you to import your contacts from Facebook, Google, LinkedIn etc. but you can also upload a CSV from your outlook or mail program. NOTE: For large contact lists (5k+), a CSV is recommended for load time purposes.

Why do I get an email saying I have a message, but then when I log in it is gone?
LoopDesk is very strict with members that try to use our site for SPAM. While this issue is rare, we still act immediately to protect our members.
If you receive an email stating you have a message and sign in to read it but it is no longer there, it means that the member who sent the message was reported for SPAM. When SPAM reports are received and confirmed, we immediately delete the member-which then deletes all messages that they have sent to other members. This is to protect our members from opening SPAM.

Can I change my ad once it has been created?
Once your ad has been created, you will not be able to change it. If you wish to change the targeting or content of your ad you will need to pause the ad and create a new one.
Where can I advertise on the site?
You can advertise with self-serve campaigns on Right Side Top or Bottom (Banner Dimensions 120 x 240 pixels) or on the User homepage with Square Right Banner (180 x 180 pixels). Corporate ad solutions include exclusive placement in footer banners, activity feeds and header banner ads. We also offer advertising in our Monthly Newsletter.
What is targeting?
Targeting allows you to set your ads to be shown only on specific networks/locations and pages. Targeted ads will be in a smaller rotation of ads with similar targeting, therefore increasing potential impressions.
Will I be able to track my payments?
Paypal allows you to track all your transactions. Easily track your advertising campaigns and your LoopDesk subscription logging into your Paypal account.
